- An employer branding strategic campaign to attract potential candidates in the Telematics team of HARMAN Romania, by showing them how exciting and important every day at work can be.
We wanted to differentiate the Telematics area from other IT-based departments and positioning it as the cool place to be. Hence, we built on the idea of "excitement", and produced a whiteboard animation whose protagonist is one of the developers from HARMAN Romania Telematics team, while also deploying complex performance marketing, PR and influencer campaigns.
