Business History
Established in 2005, SmartPoint was founded as a regional consultancy agency providing integrated communication expertise for IT companies. The specific knowledge on IT industry, together with the creativity to approach communication challenges from a business standpoint have been the most important assets many market leaders on different technology fields have chosen the agency for. Meanwhile, the expertise in integrated communication has been extended covering the training and FMCG markets.
SmartPoint develops its communication consultancy activities from the Bucharest headquarter and coordinates the communication strategy for its local clients from Sofia and Belgrade.
